We offer a 07-day return policy on all unused, unworn, and undamaged jewellery, subject to inspection.


 
Non-Returnable Jewellery

The 07-day return policy does not apply to personalised jewellery.
Personalised jewellery will only be eligible for return in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect product delivered


 
Conditions for Return & Refund

A return or refund request will be accepted only if:

  • The jewellery is unused and in original condition

  • The product is returned with original packaging

  • The jewellery passes quality inspection after return

The company reserves the right to approve or reject a return or refund after verification.


 
Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable.

  • If any jewellery item or promotional product (including free gifts or silver coins) is missing from the return package, up to the full MRP of the missing item may be deducted from the refund amount.


 
How to Initiate a Return

You can request a return by:

  • Contacting our Customer Support, or

  • Reaching us via WhatsApp or Email

Once the return request is approved, please ensure:

  • Availability for reverse pick-up

  • Responsiveness to calls from the courier partner

Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of pick-up, and the return process will need to be re-initiated.


 
Reverse Pick-up & Non-Serviceable Pin Codes
  • Most pin codes are reverse-pickup serviceable.

  • In rare cases where reverse pick-up is not available, customers may be requested to return the jewellery via an alternate courier service (such as India Post).

          Shipping Reimbursement:

  • Return shipping charges will be reimbursed up to ₹70.

  • Any amount exceeding ₹70 will be deducted from the refund.

  • For non-serviceable pin codes, customers must return the jewellery themselves and will receive ₹70 reimbursement with the refund.


 
Empty Parcel or Missing Jewellery Claims

If you receive:

  • An empty parcel, or

  • Missing jewellery,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 
Parcel Opening Video is Mandatory

A continuous, unedited parcel opening video is required, clearly showing:

  • Sealed parcel from all sides

  • Unboxing process

  • Jewellery condition

  • Any damage or missing item

❗ Claims without proper video evidence or with signs of tampering may be rejected.
The brand reserves the final right to decide on such claims.
