• Remote Area Delivery: 5–10 business days

• Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier availability.

 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on selected pin codes.

• Additional COD charges may apply.

We ensure safe delivery using:

• Secure bubble wrapping

• Sealed parcel with proper labeling

Every product is carefully checked before dispatch.

Parcel Opening Video (Mandatory)

To ensure transparency and resolve shipping issues:

• Customers must record a continuous parcel opening video at the time of receiving the order.

• The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed parcel

  • Courier label

  • Unboxing process

  • Product condition

• This video is required to claim replacement for damage, wrong item, or missing item.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on selected orders.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a parcel returns due to:

• Wrong address

• Incomplete address

• No response at the time of delivery

The customer must pay reshipping charges.

Serviceable Locations

• We currently ship within India only.
